In order to access certain consulting services and tools, it is necessary to establish an account. Account holders are responsible for safeguarding the confidentiality of their account credentials.
Access to our services may require payment pursuant to your consulting agreement. Payments are non-refundable and will be billed according to the terms outlined in the agreement. If you wish to discontinue services, cancellation requests can be directed to support[at]scoutdata[dot]com. Billing will cease following the conclusion of the current period, and previously processed payments are not subject to refund.
Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute is be considered a material breach of this Agreement and will result in the suspension or termination of services without refund. We encourage you to contact us directly to resolve any concerns prior to initiating such actions. Please note that chargebacks or payment disputes will result in immediate termination of service and that refunds will not be issued in such circumstances.
All consulting services, methodologies, tools, proprietary content, features, and functionality are the intellectual property of Scout Data Inc. and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate access to our services, with or without prior notice, at our discretion. Whenever reasonably possible, we will strive to provide advance notice or explanation.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Scout Data Inc. and its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
